Creating Opportunities is a Christ-centered initiative dedicated to uplifting, preparing, and connecting single Message believers aged 27 and up. Rooted in faith, intentionality, and community, it offers a meaningful space for connection—both spiritually and relationally—through thoughtful conversations, teaching, and reflection.
Many single believers in this age group find themselves in a unique season: no longer eligible for youth programs and not yet in a covenant relationship. This often creates a gap where they feel overlooked or disconnected. Creating Opportunities steps into that space with purpose, to foster authentic connection, spiritual maturity, and readiness for the next chapter of life.
Spiritual Covering
This initiative is led under the covering of The Church of the Living Word based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, with the guidance of Pastor Malcolm Webster and Pastor Jean-Claude Ndala.
The church elders, including trustees and deacons, are in full support of the initiative and are actively involved in outreach to fellow ministers. Their involvement ensures spiritual accountability and alignment with biblical values and Message-based principles.
Our Structure
Foundational Team
The Foundational Team consists of those who prayerfully birthed and steward the vision of the initiative. They are committed to cultivating a safe, Christ-centered environment where connection, purpose, and growth are prioritized.
Leadership Team
The Leadership Team is responsible for organizing and facilitating programming and engagement. Their role includes offering support, guidance, and bold leadership to uphold the initiative’s mission and help participants feel seen and heard.
Pastoral Team
The Pastoral Team provides spiritual direction, counsel, and oversight. They help ensure that the initiative remains grounded in Scripture, encourages accountability, and reflects the heart of the Gospel in every interaction.
Balanced Engagement
We foster open, respectful conversations between brothers and sisters, creating a safe space where everyone feels heard. By nurturing trust and empathy, we build authentic relationships rooted in Christ’s love and support.
Global Reach
Though rooted in Montreal, Quebec, Creating Opportunities connects believers worldwide through collaboration with churches, pastors, and individuals. Our international reach fosters unity, purpose, and fellowship within this end-time Message.
